Hotel at the Convention Center

1/24
With the California sun and surf close at hand, the Best Western Plus Hotel at the Convention Center, Long Beach, California, sits minutes from the cruise dock and the Queen Mary, near the university and the convention center, with an indoor pool, an exercise room, free Wi-Fi, and a full breakfast buffet with a waffle station, hot eggs, and fresh fruit. The setting puts the waterfront, the shops of Pine Avenue and Belmont Shore, and the performing arts center within easy reach, well placed for a special event or a few days by the sea. The harbor and the sun set the rhythm of the days. Long Beach stretches along a busy harbor where the great ocean liner Queen Mary lies permanently moored, with the Aquarium of the Pacific on the waterfront, the ferries and boats out to Catalina Island, and festivals from the jazz fest to the grand prix close by. Out on the water, the sails and tall ships pass before the long curve of the shore.
