On a sunny Alpine plateau near Oberaudorf, the Feuriger Tatzlwurm Berghotel & Spa, BW Signature Collection, Oberaudorf, Germany, is a mountain hotel at 770 metres between Rosenheim and Kufstein, with warm rooms in local pine, spruce and oak, free Wi-Fi, free parking at the door and several lodges and event spaces for business and private occasions. A large spa is the heart of the place, with a pool and whirlpool, five saunas, steam baths and panoramic relaxation rooms, therapy treatments and a natural outdoor pool for a dip in the open air. Mountains and waterfalls rise on every side, an hour or so south of Munich. Oberaudorf is an Alpine resort in the Inn valley right by the Austrian border, framed by high peaks and forests. The roaring Tatzelwurm waterfalls tumble through a wooded gorge nearby, footpaths and cable cars climb to far-reaching summit views, and the walled town of Kufstein and its fortress lie just across the border. Ski slopes and toboggan runs open up across the valley in winter.
